    fast wifi
    plumbing issues

    Unexpected staff kindness

The WiFi was lightning fast, and the room stayed surprisingly cool despite the heat. The staff were friendly, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had plumbing issues, causing intermittent water pressure problems, which disrupted my showers and made the experience less enjoyable.

    fantastic location
    spacious room
    limited breakfast options

beautiful surroundings but lacking attention to detail

The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions. I enjoyed the large room that provided ample space to unwind. Biking to nearby beaches and cenotes added an adventurous touch to my stay. the lush garden view was a beautiful bonus.

The breakfast options were quite limited, which was disappointing despite their quality.

    spacious room
    friendly owners

    Perfect for solo food lovers

The room was spacious and clean, big enough to stretch out after a long ride. The location is prime, just a short walk to the best taco joints that I’ve ever had, and the owners made sure I felt right at home, even helped me with my terrible Spanish!

It wasn't exactly cheap but still worth it.

    Fantastic Location with Friendly Staff

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the location being so close to downtown Tulum—everything was within walking distance! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable, with a functional kitchen and good WiFi. One thing that could be improved is the variety of breakfast options. it was a bit repetitive.

    perfect location
    quiet atmosphere
    effective air conditioning
    poor ventilation

Perfectly positioned just steps from the main street, providing easy access to bars while keeping a cozy, quiet vibe. Excellent air conditioning in the Double Standard room, and breakfast on the upstairs terrace includes a selection of toast, marmalade, honey, and fruits.

The lack of proper ventilation in the rooms is a real downside, with some guests reporting issues such as mold on personal belongings. The breakfast options are limited to cornflakes and toast, which might not satisfy those looking for a heartier meal.

The room was nice, clean, and super comfortable. The hot shower was a lifesaver! Location was solid, just off the main street. I loved that there was a breakfast patio too. No complaints at all about the room.

    great location
    bike rental service
    overpriced quality
    limited amenities
    basic breakfast

Well situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The room offered essential air conditioning for comfort, and the bike rental service was a nice touch for beach access. Unfortunately, it felt slightly overpriced given the quality of the room and limited amenities. A more varied breakfast selection would have enhanced the dining experience, as the offerings were a bit basic. Overall, the atmosphere felt rather average for the cost.

    spacious room
    beach access

    Lovely, lovely, lovely.

I felt like I was in a dream! The spacious Double Standard room was not only comfortable, but it also came equipped with refreshing AC to combat the Tulum heat! Plus, having the beach just a stroll away.

    strongly recommend 🌟❤️
